In order to add value to our customers we provide a cost effective alternative to buying a new wheel or roller every time. By Re-Lining of your existing used wheels and rollers we save a lot of money for our customers in addition to the benefits to the environment.We receive your used Wheel/Roller at our facility for inspection.Then we choose a right fit of mould from our large mould inventory and choose an appropriate polyurethane material for the product.The old lining is removed and the surface goes under various treatments to make it ready for the fresh treads.Then a fresh polyurethane lining is cast on the metal surface and the wheel/roller becomes as good as new.
